Perhaps letting K loose at Ren Faire was not the wisest of decisions.

For my birthday, I received a pewter bodice goblet. It's not a SMALL goblet. She said the lady told her that it was great for keeping cool. Just slap some ice in there and just stick right in the bodice...

herefox, lilacfairy and I are planning on going to Northern Faire on Saturday, October 3rd. There may or may not be kidlets.

This year, there's a series of concerts at 6pm (Faire closes at 6pm) - admission is included with the faire ticket. Wicked Tinkers are playing on the 3rd and 4th.

Anybody else in?

Apt has been invaded by maintenance guy. Those roofers? They managed to kill or damage many of the 2nd floor apt kitchen and bathroom fans. In one case, they poured gravel (it wasn't tar) stuff down one of the kitchen vents. My bathroom fan has sounded like a dying pc fan (grind, squeal, grind) for the past week and a half and the kitchen fan ( Read more... )
